9.5　Plant Fuel Pipes

9.5.1　The erection of the plant fuel pipes shall meet the following requirements，and the related requirements of the DL 5190.5 Technical Specification for Thermal Power Erection and Construction-Part 5:Piping and System shall also be implemented.

9.5.2　Before the erection of pipes，inspection and acceptance shall be qualified to the steel supports and concrete supports.The supports shall also be equipped with the reliable grounding conductor for connecting the grounding net according to the design requirements.

9.5.3　The fixing supports，sliding supports and guide supports in the piping system shall be implemented strictly according to the design and construction requirements so that the free expansion of the piping system shall not be influenced.

9.5.4　The fuel pipes shall be equipped with the steam or air blowing pipes according to the drawing requirements，for which the enough thermal compensation room shall be provided，and there shall be 2 shutoff valves and 1 check valve in the connection joints between the blowing pipe and the fuel pipe.

9.5.5　The support for the heat tracing steam pipe for the fuel pipe shall be welded before hydrostatic test.The self thermal compensation shall be taken into account for the erection of the heat tracing pipe and the appropriate drain slope shall be provided.The insulation construction to the pipes shall be conducted after hydrostatic test of the heat tracing pipe.

9.5.6　The oil drains are prohibited to enter the plant water drainage system.The drain outlet shall not face any equipment or building，and they shall not drain to ground at random.
