9.4　Oil Supply Equipment and Pump Room Pipes

9.4.1　The erection of the oil pump shall meet the design drawing requirements and the related requirements of DL 5190.3 Technical Specification for Thermal Power Erection and Construction-Part 3:Steam Turbine Set.

9.4.2　The disassembly inspection and cleaning shall be carried out before the erection of the oil filter，and the filter screen shall meet the drawing requirements.

9.4.3　Hydrostatic test shall be carried out before the erection of the heater.The test pressure shall be determined according to the requirements of the equipment technical documents.If there is no specific requirement in equipment technical documents，the test pressure shall be 1.25 times work pressure of the heater.

9.4.4　The expansion clearance between the anchor bolts and supports and the corresponding direction shall meet the design drawing requirements.

9.4.5　For butt joint of the pipes and the fuel equipment，any forced pipe shall not be allowed，and there shall be no welding slag，molten slag and other sundries falling into the equipment.

9.4.6　The arrangement requirements for the blowing pipes，oil drains and so on inside the pump room shall be orderly，clean and beautiful and the directions shall be simple.The air exhaust pipe，the oil drains and the bearing or shaft seal cooling water pipe and so on shall be lead to the buried main pipes，respectively，and then they shall be discharged to the external water-oil separation pool.Whereas，they shall not be discharged to the indoor ground or any trench.
