3　Installation of High-Voltage Electrical Equipment

3.1　Dominant Items

3.1.1　The commissioning test of 3-500kV GIS，ACB，OCB，handcart type oil-minimum breaker，vacuum circuit breaker，disconnecting switch，etc.shall pass the commissioning test in accordance with the requirements of Article 2.1.5 of this code.

3.1.2　Grounding of bare and non-current carrying metal parts:all the flanges shall be connected across copper strips；the ground wires of both the base and support shall be connected securely；the crosssectional areas of both copper strips and branch lines shall be correctly selected and anticorrosion protection shall be provided without omission.
