【英文】If the third party does not acknowledge service or does not give notice of intention to defend，he is deemed to admit any claim stated in the notice and will be bound by any judgment in the action，including a judgment by consent.

【译文】如果第三方不认收第三方之诉通知书，也不（向法院）递交辩护意向书，那就视为承认通知书所诉主张，而且必须服从本诉的任何判决，包括合意判决。
