3.1　General Requirements

3.1.1　Flammable，explosive and hazardous substances must not be stored in the equipment room.

3.1.2　Position and dimension of holes shall meet the design requirements.

3.1.3　Holes shall be tightly sealed by incombustible materials with fire resistance grade equal to or higher than that of floor slab or wall.

3.1.4　Equipment and materials shall not be installed until being checked and accepted on site.
