第五章 细胞周期与口腔肿瘤 Chapter 5 Cell Cycle and Oral Tumors

【提要】
细胞周期的调节失控与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,一些细胞周期调控因子作为癌基因或抑癌基因参与肿瘤的形成与发展。口腔鳞状细胞癌是口腔颌面部最常见的恶性肿瘤,约占颌面部恶性肿瘤的80%,在其发生发展过程中,伴随着细胞周期调控基因异常和蛋白过表达。随着对细胞周期及其调控机制的深入研究,提高细胞周期与肿瘤发病机制的认识逐渐形成对肿瘤治疗的新策略。
Uncontrol of the cell cycle with abnormal cell cycle phases is closely related to tumor development.Some cell cycle regulatory factors involve in the formation and development of tumors as oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes.Oral squamous cell carcinoma is the most common malignant tumor of the oral and maxillofacial regions,accounting for about 80%of the malignant tumor of these areas.Abnormalities of the cell cycle regulatory genes and over-expression of the gene products(proteins)are associated with the occurrence of oral cancer and its development process.With further study on the cancer cell cycle and its regulation mechanism,major progress will be made in the understanding of the cancer pathogenesis and new strategy for cancer treatment will be gradually developed.
