Abstract

With the development of information technology and the popularization of mobile terminal，people's network activities are becoming increasingly frequent and correspondingly their cognition has been changed profoundly.The network activities based on the information technology are reshaping human's way of thinking，behavior and life.Thus，people have entered the network times，in which network activities have generated network ideological discourse.On the one hand，multiple network ideological discourses satisfy people's diverse spiritual needs.On the other hand，the network ideological discourse，due to the intervention of technology and rules，has become a political resource so influential that all of the international community，classes，organizations and groups compete to gain it.The fusion and collision of different network ideological discourses have affected Internet users’ value judgment，value choice and national ideology to varying degrees.Obviously，to maintain the dominant position of Marxism in the ideological domain and promote the free and comprehensive development of the Internet，it is an urgent and practical task to strengthen the construction of the network ideological discourse right/power，lower the volume of “noise”，and carry forward the social theme in the confusing ideological discourse network times.

Due to the popularization and development of the Internet，the online life style has been a new form of human existence，so the research on network ideological discourse right/power should contain a deep understanding and concern for this aspect.Therefore，this thesis not only discusses the construction of network ideological discourse right/power with respect to the network ideological competition，but also explores the construction and development of network ideological discourse right/power as an important part of people's life.Based on above statements，the framework and content of the thesis are as follows：

Introduction.It introduces the basis and significance of the research，analyzes the research trends，reviews the basic concepts involved，and finally summarizes the main contents and methods.

Section One studies the theoretical basis and ideological resources of the network ideological discourse right/power.Explicitly，Marxism's ideology theory，Marxism's thought of power relations，and Marxism's community ideology have been studied to establish the theoretical basis of the research.In Chinese society，the propagation and solidification of main ideologies，such as contending for discourse right/power in the manner of argument，controlling discourse right/power in the form of discarding，expanding discourse right/power in the way of changing，increasing/decreasing discourse right/power in the form of releasing，and strengthening discourse right/power in the way of integrating，are analyzed to provide a profound ideological resource for the study of network ideological discourse right/power.Also，the discourse theory，the power theory，the field theory and so forth，borrowed from the western society，are investigated to propose ideas such as relationship is the premise of discourse right/power，dialogue is the key to discourse right/power，construction is the power system of discourse right/power，context is the variable of discourse right/power，and field is the abode of discourse right/power.

Section Two studies the connotation and characteristics of network ideological discourse right/power.The concept of network ideological discourse right/power is defined based on the analysis of network ideology and discourse right/power.Then，the network ideological discourse power is classified by different standards.Finally，four features of unity are extracted，including unity of technology and humanism，unity of private and public，unity of uniqueness and diversity，and unity of polymerization and discreteness.

Section Three focuses on the structure and function of network ideological discourse right/power.This part analyzes the internal structure，morphological structure and hierarchical structure of network ideological discourse right/power.Finally，with full comprehension of the structure of network ideological discourse right/power，the identification function，leading function，defending function，integrating function and inspiring function are extracted.

Section Four investigates the generation mechanism and regularity of network ideological discourse right/power.It is revealed that network ideological discourse right/power results from the social and economic development，the subject's value and interest needs，and the network practice，while Internet users’discourse preparation，agenda setting，frame interpretation，value identification and behavior expression are important for the formation of network ideological discourse right/power.Based on clarification on generation source and process，the contradiction and regularity of the generation of network ideological discourse right/power are condensed，among which the principal contradiction is the one between the network ideological discourse disseminator's value supply and the recipient's discourse value requirement，so the chief law is to maintain the moderate tension between the receiving system and the acceptance system.Three forms of transformation of network ideological discourse right/power i.e.，effective transformation，ineffective transformation and alienation are analyzed in the end of this section.

Section Five combs the history，experience and overseas reference of the construction of network ideological discourse right/power in contemporary China.The Communist Party of China led the people to promote the construction of network ideological discourse right/power through the embryonic，initial development，rapid development，in-depth development and other stages.Through this process，we have accumulated a wealth of experience，which mainly includes recognizing the importance of the construction of network ideological discourse right/power，giving full play to the role of various discourse subjects of Internet ideology，seizing the new opportunities of the development of Internet communication carriers，and focusing on the development of network ideological discourse right/power from a world perspective.The experience of constructing network ideological discourse right/power in foreign countries includes attaching importance to Internet legislation，making use of Internet social platform，social self-discipline，developing Internet technology，establishing and perfecting Internet organization management system，etc.The experience of constructing network ideological discourse right/power outside country enlightens us that the construction of network ideological discourse right/power can't be separated from the leadership of the Party，the economic development can't be ignored，the government can't relax the control over the media，and the anti-corruption force of the Internet can't be ignored.

Section Six reveals the actual situation of network ideological discourse right/power in contemporary China.First，the achievements in the development of network ideological discourse right/power in contemporary China are analyzed.Then the existing problems are expounded to reveal major realistic questions，i.e.，Marxism is “aphasic”，“missing the trace” and “losing the voice”，network ideological discourse is full of “noise”，the network media ecology for constructing the mainstream ideology is complicated，and the red area，black area and grey area on Internet are imbalanced.Finally，the main reasons of existing problems are analyzed from four aspects i.e.，the subjective force of network ideological discourse is weak，the discourse content is short of affinity，the discourse carrier lacks communication，and the discourse field environment is complicated.

Section Seven proposes the basic ideas and solutions for the positive development of network ideological discourse right/power.Based on analysis of the problems and reasons，the basic strategy for the positive development of network ideological discourse is approached from the aspects of vision，concept and principle.Finally，the strategies and suggestions for the positive development of network ideological discourse power are proposed from four aspects i.e.，strengthening the effect of the discourse subject，enhancing the affinity of discourse content，enhancing the discourse content propagation force，and promoting the acquisition of discourse communication.

Section Eight analyzes the value willingness，generation conditions and realization path of the construction of international discourse right/power of network ideology in contemporary China.First of all，it analyzes the value from the domestic and foreign perspectives.Secondly，it analyzes the generation conditions from the perspectives of theory，practice，history and internal factors.Finally，the paper puts forward the realization path from the perspectives of the constituent elements and the generating conditions.

Conclusion.It summarizes the thesis and predicts future research direction.
