1　General Provisions

1.0.1　This specification is formulated with a view to enhance the management for small hydropower stations（hereinafter referred to as power stations），improve the level of production and management and finally achieve power station safety and optimized operation.

1.0.2　This specification is applicable to power stations with a total installed capacity of or less than 50MW.

1.0.3　Provisions stipulated not only in this specification but also in the prevailing national standards shall be complied with for the operation and maintenance of power stations.
