4.2 Materials of Vapor Barrier
Ⅰ Main Item
4.2.1 Categories，performance and specifications of vapor barrier materials shall meet the requirements specified in design documents.

4.2.2 Materials of vapor barrier shall be incombustible or non-inflammable.
Inspection method:check documents or perform spot examination.
Ⅱ General Item
4.2.3 Materials of vapor barrier shall be resistant to vapor penetration，water and moisture，shall not become softened，trickled，formed，cracked or detached，and shall maintain their good stability under climate variation and vibration conditions.

4.2.4 Materials of vapor barrier shall be non-toxic and chemically stable，shall not generate harmful gas during service and shall not cause corrosion and solution effects to insulation layer and cladding，and shall have a water absorption percentage less than 1%.

4.2.5 For vapor barrier plastered over insulation，its softening temperature shall not be lower than 65℃，bonding strength shall not be less than 0.15MPa，and volatile content shall not be higher than 30%.
