5.8　Inspection and Documentation

5.8.1　The quality acceptance for the erection of the heating surface shall be carried out in stage by the construction company，the supervision company and the Owner.

5.8.2　The following certification and records shall be ready for the construction quality acceptance:

1　The equipment unpacking inspection record，equipment technical documents，the equipment certificate of approval，test reports，and so on.

2　Certification for ball-passing test of the tubes in heating surface.

3　Certification for the internal cleanness inspection of headers，steam drums and steam-water separators.

4　Certification for boiler concealed works.

5　Certification for boiler hydrostatic test.

6　Records and certification for the sub-section trial operation.

7　Inspection and certification according to the requirements of Article 5.8.1.

8　Erection records of steam drums and steam-water separators.

9　Assembly and erection records of the waterwalls.

10　Assembly and erection records of superheaters，reheaters and economizers.

11　Erection record of the expansion indicator and the expansion record of boiler during first startup.

12　Material Re-inspection record of alloy steels.

13　Erection record of water circulating pump.

14　Certification for the erection and inspection of steam drum internals.

15　Certification for sealing devices of heating surface（refer to the positive pressure and slightly positive pressure boiler）.

16　Certification for the load inspection of heating surface hanging devices.
