1　General Provisions

1.0.1　This code is formulated with a view to enhance the quality management of electrical equipment installation engineering in metallurgy，unify the standards for quality acceptance inspection of electrical equipment installation engineering in metallurgy and guarantee the construction quality.

1.0.2　This code applies to the installation quality acceptance of electrical equipment that is rated 500kV or lower in construction，extension and renovation of metallurgical enterprises with a rated voltage of 500kV or below.The acceptance inspection of the imported electrical equipment shall be carried out in accordance with the contract stipulations.

1.0.3　The requirements for acceptance inspection of construction quality which is set in the engineering technical documentation and contract documents used in the construction of electrical equipment installation engineering in metallurgy shall not be lower than those specified in this code.

1.0.4　The acceptance inspection of construction quality of electrical equipment installation engineering in metallurgy shall comply with the current national standards in addition to this code.
