12　Installation of Busbar Device

12.1　Dominant Items

12.1.1　The commissioning test for both the high-voltage bus insulator and high-voltage wall feed-through sleeve shall be in accordance with those specified in Article 2.1.5 of this code.

12.1.2　The base of insulator，flange of sleeve，and protecting net（cover）and busbar support and other accessible bare conductors close to uncovered conductors shall be securely connected to earth（PE）or neutral（PEN）in accordance with the low voltage distribution system given in the design.But they shall not be used as connecting conductor for PE or PEN.
