7.2 Spiral Classifier

7.2.1 The installation of water tank base shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1 The base is installed in place and aligned;the maximum allowable deviations for longitudinal and horizontal centerlines shall be 3.0 mm and 5.0mm respectively;

2 Adjust the base elevation and the height difference between bases.The allowable deviation for base elevation is±5.0 mm,and the relative height difference between bases shall be no more than 2mm;

3 The maximum allowable deviation for horizontal levelness of the upper surface of base shall be 1/1000.

7.2.2 The installation of water tank shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1 Longitudinal and horizontal centerlines shall be adjusted according to the central standard plate,and the maximum allowable deviation shall be 3.0mm;

2 The maximum allowable deviation for the levelness of overflow weir shall be 1/1000;

3 The tail lifting device bracket shall be vertical to the tank bottom,and the maximum allowable deviation for perpendicularity shall be 1/1000;

4 The joint stagger for water tank shall not be more than 10% of the thickness of tank wall,and the maximum allowable diagonal deviation for assembling water tank shall be 10.0mm.

7.2.3 The installation of field-assembled transmission mechanism of double spiral classifier(Fig.7.2.3)shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1 The maximum allowable deviation for transmission centerline AA relative to the horizontal centerline of the water tank shall be 2.0mm;

2 The maximum allowable deviation for the levelness of cone gear shaft shall be 0.1/1000;

3 The cone gear shaft shall be vertical to the longitudinal centerline BB of classifier,and the maximum allowable deviation for perpendicularity shall be 0.2/1000;

4 The maximum allowable deviation for coaxiality of bearings on the transmission centerline AA shall be 0.2mm.When installing screw,the meshing of cone gear shall be in accordance with the requirements of technical documents;

5 The allowable deviation for distances a and a′from the crosshead bushing seats at the two sides to the longitudinal centerline BB of the spiral classifier shall be±1.0mm;

6 The allowable deviation for distances b and a′from the screw center of the lifting device to the longitudinal centerline BB of the spiral classifier shall be±3.0mm;

7 The installation of the main transmission shaft shall be in accordance with the technical requirements of meshing of transmission spur gear.

7.2.4 The installation of single spiral classifier shall meet the requirements of Article 7.2.3 in this code.

7.2.5 The gap between end cover of the screw tail bearing and tank wall shall meet the requirements of technical documents and shall be no less than 5.0mm if no design requirements available.

7.2.6 Test run shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1 No-load test run shall meet the requirements of Article 3.0.11 in this code;

2 The total travel actions of lifting device shall be 6 times.
