作者简介

熊光楷 中国人民解放军原副总参谋长、中国国际战略学会原会长、上将、教授。1939年生于上海，1956年参加中国人民解放军。中国人民解放军国防大学以及北京大学国际关系学院、清华大学、上海交通大学等高校兼职教授，中国人民解放军国际关系学院博士生导师，上海交通大学国际与公共事务学院名誉院长。曾出版专著《国际战略与新军事变革》和《国际形势与安全战略》等。

XIONG GUANGKAI Former Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA), Former Chairman of China Institute for International Strategic Studies, Full General & Professor. He was born in Shanghai in 1939 and joined the PLA in 1956. He is Adjunct Professor of a number of academic institutes of higher learning, which include School of the PLA National Defence University, International Studies of Peking University, Tsinghua University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is also Ph. D. supervisor of the PLA International Studies University and Honorary Dean of School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Gen. Xiong's publications include academic works such asInternational Strategy and Revolution in Military Affairs, International Situation and Security Strategy.
