Neoclassical and Chinese humanity sound like two totally different styles, but in this case, the designer boldly integrated them by combining the neoclassical space with the furniture flavored by humanities, creating another new mix & match style.

样板房A1

新古典及中式人文听起来似乎是两种迥异的风格，但设计师在此案中大胆地将之融合，以新古典空间设计搭配带着人文味道的家具设计，彼此相互融合当中，创造出另一种混搭的新式风格。

Show Flat B1

Being a 3.6 m high loft, the show flat obtains larger utilization efficiency in space owing to the mezzanine floor. Based on a modern, stylish concept, the foyer is divided into a space for changing shoes by the see-through glass partition, sofa wall is mainly styled with large-scale engraving boards and TV wall is covered with black mirrors, whose slight reflection adds fun to the space. The main space like living/dinning room and master bedroom is lofted to keep a grand, spacious feel and the lowered spaces are used to plan the second bedroom, closet and kitchen, in an anticipation of reaching the balance between the maximum use of the space and the comfort.

样板房B1

此样板房为挑高3.6米的空间，利用夹层设计，创造出更大的使用效益。整体以现代时尚的设计为概念，玄关以穿透式玻璃隔屏分割出换鞋空间，沙发背墙以大面积雕刻板作为造型重点，电视墙面利用黑镜作为主要材质，些许反射的效果增添空间的趣味性。将客餐厅空间及主卧室等主空间挑高，保留宽阔大气的空间感，将压低的空间作为次卧室及更衣室、厨房的规划，以期达到最大空间利用并同时兼顾舒适感的平衡点。

Show Flat A3

In the space based on heavy dark colors, glass screens are employed to separate the foyer from the living room, sofa wall integrating the idea of a Chinese-style folding screen is different from the usual flat foam upholstery to a variable effect and the penetrating, semi-open study room is designed to be connected with the living, dinning room. In the master bedroom, the headboard back wall made of decorative shell boards and straight grain sandalwood veneers looks composing and its large scale shows the space's grandeur. Inside the closet, extensively used mirrors increase the enlarging effect.

样板房A3

此空间以沉稳深色调为基底，利用玻璃隔屏区隔出玄关及客厅的分界，沙发背墙设计融入中式屏风折门的概念，有别以往采用一般平面织物装饰材料，达到更有变化性的效果，具穿透感半开放式书房设计，和客餐厅连成一气。主卧室利用贝壳板及黑檀直纹木皮呈现出一面具安定效果的床头背墙，大面积的效果，更显出空间的气度，更衣室内部运用大量的镜面增加空间放大效果。
