I agree that most people express themselves in articles or arts，such as essay and poem in literature，official script，seal script，regular script and cursive script in calligraphy，folk custom，documentary，landscape and short piece in photography. In some way，it make full use of and maximize one's artistic talents.

The photography of Sun Guojun is a typical example of this.

Mr. Sun's folk custom and documentary photographies expresses the interesting on folk culture and common people's lives. His folk custom photographies，such as ＜Cultivation＞，＜Sesame seed cake of homeland＞，＜Busy Spring festival＞ reflect the changes on the people's lives by the reform and openness policy，and reveal the attention and sensitive of a photographer on society. His documentary photographies，such as ＜Peasant-worker＞ in ＜Documentary of Zhumadian City＞，reveal the capabilities of Sun Guojun's documentary photography.

No matter folk custom photography or documentary photography，the character of Sun Guojun's works is artistic representation or recording the real life. All of these shots are come from the real common lives，not the strange or special things. His work，let people got strongly feel in the fresh plot of rural life and landscape of urban public space，can make people feel steady breathing，the normal body temperature，there is a strong artistic sense and a sense of history.

The extensive influence of his folk custom and documentary photography always make people to ignore the excellent achievement on his landscape photography. In fact，Sun Guojun is also a landscape photographer. He traveled around for years by crossing mountains and rivers to chase the beauty of morning glow and sunset flame，mystery of the mist and cloud，passion of the colors and lights，which make his photographies to be excellent works by recording the beauty and miracles of the nature.

In his colorful works，people can feel the love on nature and lives，and an optimistic and aggressive attitude. In 30 years，Sun Guojun has maintained a creative passion，at every stage he has made remarkable achievements but still keep forward，constantly giving new joy and new expectations.
